Refund policy

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DapperDonVintage, email: info-dapperdon@web.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by email).

Conditions for Returns

Our items are one-of-a-kind pieces and predominantly vintage or second-hand goods.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, meaning:

  • unworn
  • undamaged
  • without new signs of use
  • complete (including accessories, if applicable)

Items showing new signs of use, odors, damage, or any other alterations are excluded from returns.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

No Exchanges / No Repairs

DapperDonVintage does not offer exchanges or repairs.

Each item is unique and cannot be replaced after being returned.

Damage or Incorrect Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If an item is damaged or delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately at info-dapperdon@web.de so we can review the case.

Note on Known Signs of Wear

Signs of wear, defects, or deviations from new condition that are explicitly described on the respective product page or visible in the product images do not constitute a defect.

The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this.

Exclusion of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • gift vouchers
  • individually customized or personalized items
  • items that have been worn or altered after delivery

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original method of payment.

Important Note for Vintage Items

All items are vintage or second-hand products. Signs of wear due to age and use do not constitute a defect, provided they are stated in the product description or are typical for vintage items.
