Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via the shipping service provider DHL.

Shipping within Germany is usually carried out within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping within the European Union is usually carried out within 3–7 business days after receipt of payment.

The stated delivery times are non-binding estimates and may vary in individual cases, particularly during periods of high parcel volume, public holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

Shipping costs are displayed transparently during the checkout process and depend on the size, weight, and destination country of the order.

All shipments are insured and sent via DHL. Once the order has been handed over to the shipping provider, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking number (tracking link).

Delivery to parcel lockers (Packstationen) is possible within Germany. Collection in person is excluded.

For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties or import charges generally apply.

The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods to the customer.

If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, we kindly ask the customer to contact us immediately at info-dapperdonvtg@web.de so that we can resolve the issue together with the shipping provider.
